Every funding route ends the same way: USDC credited to your XO smart wallet. What differs is how you get there.
Three routes
Deposit from wallet
Transfer crypto
Use cash
Connect an external EVM or Solana wallet and select a supported asset. XO obtains a quote, transfers through the funding provider, and credits USDC to your smart wallet once processing completes.Best when you already hold crypto in a wallet you control.
Copy your deposit address or scan its QR code, then send a supported asset on the selected network. The provider watches the address and credits your smart wallet when the transfer completes.Best when funds are coming from an exchange or a wallet you can’t connect.Send only a supported asset, on the selected network. A transfer on the wrong network may not be recoverable. Confirm both before you send.
Choose a cash option — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the listed provider — and complete the embedded checkout. The third-party provider handles payment and conversion before USDC reaches XO.Best for a first deposit with no existing crypto.
While a deposit is in flight
Deposits are not instant. They move through provider and network steps, and some transfers require verification before they complete. See Transfer states for what each status means.
Do not start a second transfer while the first is still pending. Open the transfer status, keep the transaction or transfer ID, and wait for a terminal state. Duplicate transfers are difficult to unwind.
Deposit promotions shown in the app — bonus CP on a first deposit, for example — are time-bound campaigns, not standing product rules. The terms displayed at the moment you deposit are the ones that apply.
